  Shocking! they don't turn the phones on till 8.03am and it's ment to be 8am still at 8.05 the line just goes dead now I'm in a que at 8.07am..now they answer the phone 8.12am aswell went for my appointment on Wednesday and the que was out the door with only one person on not the best of doctors they rather need retrained or you need new staff on what they are doing!
