  Be aware when you deal with Leeds Accomodation Bureau!!
  I left the property four months ago and I still have not received my deposit back. I asked for deposit repayment through the dps website, but four moths later, I am still waiting for their answer. I've been told by one of the clerks in the office that it is the head agent who can only deals with deposits. He is seldom in the office, as I managed to speak to him just once, which was a couple of months after I left the house , when he asked me to pay a 120£ , for faults that I made to the property, which in my opinion are pure fantasy or another way of saying leave me a nice tip for my awful service.I feel like he deliberately hides until my patience is over and I don't accept what simply he feels like paying me back....
  Not to mention the ridiculous taxes they ask for such as reference letters(20£ per person), renewing of you contract(150£ every six months) etc.

  We had a leak from the tank on 3 rd January and the apartment was flooded. Leeds accomodation were very good especially Calum in dealing with the matter from start to finish.
