  5 weeks after my daughter moved out of her apartment in Leeds she still has not got her deposit back £937.50. They want to charge her for a light bulb, a stained mattress and a dent to a shower tray none of which was known to her. Despite contacting them almost daily we are no further forward. Amy has resigned with no notice and her boss Ruth is off sick. No one helps. Perhaps contact with our solicitor will help them focus their minds. The service is shocking. Great front end when renting then absolute rubbish when trying to get a deposit back. They have even taken photos of a hair found in the dressing table......
