  I have always found the staff and dentists to be very friendly and efficient. Their advice has always been very clear and useful. I have always been more than happy with their care. Their professionalism was highlighted today when they were dealing with a particularly difficult family who seemed to think it was their fault that their child had developed tooth decay when it was plain to see she had been overfed and given way too much sugar. I must applaud them for staying calm and professional throughout.
