  Rented a 3 bed student house with Springwell last year. They responded to emails and carried out repairs relatively quickly. Compared to most of the Hyde Park and Headingly estate agents that I have encountered during my time at university, Springwell are by far the best.

  Really helpful, honest staff who listened to our criteria and showed us really nice houses to our budget. The houses were all suitable, and we didn't feel pushed into making a quick decision at all. As students they were really patient with first time renters and explained all the contracts to us etc. Go with Springwell!

  After a terrible experience the day before with another letting agent, we phoned up Springwell in the morning with a list of 4 bedroom houses we had viewed on their website, and was able to get a viewing on the same day in the afternoon! Rachel in the office was so helpful, friendly, professional and understood exactly what we wanted. The houses themselves were the best of all we had viewed, and all 4 of us had mutually agreed on one straight away. The viewing itself was done in a professional yet relaxed manner, and when signing the contract the ladies in the office were very helpful.   Ruby Kingsley
  This is the best student letting agent in Leeds. They have the nicest properties at fair prices. The staff are always eager to help and easy to deal with. Emergency response is quick. In short they're legends!! Don't look anywhere else.
