  I would seriously suggest anyone having any dealings with Walker and Morris to think again. During a particular period in 2011 involving the sale/purchase of a property the delay caused by the inaction of this company can only described as woeful. Again, currently similar negotiations are proving difficult with W&M again dragging their heels in dealing with a simple legal matter. They were passed a letter dated the 8th November on the 10th and at the time of writing (21st November) have not yet replied or seemingly taken any action. Famously they appear to have two speeds - very slow and stop! Apologies there come none, on either occasion. Right now our exchange is being held up - PLEASE GET A GRIP!!!
